Shows (and other fun events) starting TONIGHT!

Fri. May 3, 8pm - Stephanie solo at the Social Justice Center for Gallery Night
608 Arts hosts Atypical Arts, with visual art all of May (Artists, they're still taking submissions!), and an event for gallery night Friday May 3.

The theme is 'experimentation' and I'll play Stephanie Rearick Jr. stuff, which was an experiment for me and has a relevant story to go with it, which I'll share at the event. I'll do some other things in the theme which you'll find out there.

and this is a party, not a show - Sharefest Saturday May 4, 12-4 at the Social Justice Center! Starts with a potluck brunch from 12-1, plus a swap - plants, seeds, clothes, household stuff; workshops including bird and bat-house making, oatmilk making, spoken word, Know Your Rights, Better Living Through Mutual Aid Networks, learn about the timebank, coop development, Everywhere Gardens and more... At 3pm we'll toast the SJC's major contributors, including Ladyscissors. Come on down! Fun fun fun!

Fri. May 17, 8pm - Stephanie solo at Mother Fool's
Opening for Timbre Ghost

Timbre Ghost got rave reviews last time they played Mother Fool's so I'm happy to have the opportunity to open the show this time. And I'll play my piano keyboard, and it'll be an entirely different show from the gallery night experiment. Hope you can make it!
